I'm Shaun, a conceptual multidisciplinary designer based in Brooklyn, New York. I work across small design shops and large agencies, moving between both with ease.

My toolkit spans the full Adobe suite, Figma, Sketch, Framer, and Keynote, and lately I've been pushing further into AI-assisted workflows and vibe coding, exploring what becomes possible when creativity and emerging technology overlap. Detail-oriented and collaborative by nature, I'm always looking to connect with designers across every discipline.

Directing interaction design on Arrow, T-Mobile's enterprise design system, from strategy through execution. Partnering across product, engineering, and brand to consolidate fragmented patterns into a scalable, accessible framework deployed across T-Mobile's digital ecosystem. Arrow has shipped 25 major releases, encompassing 210 components, thousands of variations, 205 variables and tokens, and 609 icons, all built to WCAG 2 AA standards and backed by 1,456+ pages of documentation. Leading a team of 5 designers while coordinating adoption across hundreds of developers in the US, India, Brazil, and Vancouver, and educating hundreds of designers on system standards and contribution workflows. Setting quality bars, running critique, and staying hands-on as an IC throughout.

Designed the GTA Online Guides experience and its multi-level side navigation system, creating a scalable content architecture for one of the most-trafficked gaming destinations in the world. Built the UI design language, component system, and layout architecture behind several flagship marketing experiences, with a focus on scalability and accessibility across high-traffic, brand-critical surfaces.
